Mikhail Savchenko is an AI researcher and founder of INITE. He has worked in AI since the early 2000s: from St. Petersburg telecom systems to current research on the theory of consciousness and large-scale AI systems. His doctoral work — Pointer Architecture: An Information-Theoretic Framework for Consciousness as a Computational Property of Reality — is available as a preprint on Zenodo; results include fits on a galaxy catalogue and a parallel companion preprint on the computational efficiency of reality simulation.
