Twenty years of AI engineering, with a PhD currently in progress. The rest of my time goes into Neural Cosmology — a research programme on the nature of consciousness, and a four-book series around it: two nonfiction investigations and two novels.
The programme starts from the claim that consciousness is a property of certain computational architectures and needs no separate ingredient layered on top of physics. That premise yields observable predictions across physics, biology, and cosmology. The first formal piece is the Pointer Architecture preprint: a computational substrate with a working implementation in the Sixth language and falsifiers written down in advance. It is the first part of a larger programme.
In short, I am a scientist with questions; there are enough prophets with answers already. The programme is built to be falsifiable, and the fiction does not contradict the physics. The whole site is an invitation to check the arguments for yourself.
